YWCA -Volunteer & In-Kind Donation Opportunities!

Looking for a way to share your special skills for the benefit of the women, children and families we serve?  

Do you have a special “In-kind” service, product, gift or item(s) that align with our mission of empowering women and eliminating racism or can help in some way to support or enhance one or more of our 3 Empowerment programs – Affordable Housing, Child Development, & Domestic Violence Services? Have a heart for embracing our social justice efforts which are at the forefront of each of these programs?

Register yourself, your group or company and grab one of the virtual or limited in-person opportunities below or if these don't fit, register and I will contact you to discuss how we can engage you in our mission!


  • Virtual Tutors for After-School Program- 1 hour slot to tutor students through our Family Resource Center

  • Family Meals: Sponsor a meal or meals for families experiencing food insecurity.
  • Safety Kits & Cleaning Supplies:  Provide personal protective equipment and cleaning supplies for families and home-bound elderly individuals.
  • Transportation:  Provide gas cards for families unemployed, furloughed, and moms in shelter

Requirement Details
Wondering if you should register to volunteer? Based on the CDC guidelines, we are asking you the following questions:
  1. Have you been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19? See the CDC’s risk assessment guidance.

  2. Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a cough or shortness of breath or at least two of the following: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell. See the CDC’s symptom information.

If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, we ask you not to register. We are doing all we can to align with best practices and keep our community healthy.
