About
United Way's Success By 6 program provides technical assistance, training, and resources to area Pre-K classrooms and families.
If you are needing UW Education hours, spend some time helping us bag 750 books for our Success By 6 Children in Walker County, Jefferson County and Birmingham City. Each child will get anywhere from 5-15 new developmentally appropriate Scholastic books to begin their own home library.
Please register to let us know the day you will be volunteering and the Cahaba Room on the 5th floor will be set-up starting Friday, December 4th thru the close of business on Friday, December 11th.
Bags of Books Assembly is a come-and-go opportunity, Come at the time most convenient to you and stay as long as you can. We are appreciative of any time you can give to help!
