Southern Nuclear Company appreciates everyone taking their time during the holiday day to volunteer and support United Way Hands On MLK Jr. Day of Service. We will be partnering up with Vulcan Materials to help re-paint Avondale Elementary School. Our team will be focusing on painting the playground side doors and handrails. Parking is available in the front lot as well as along the side street going up the hill to the playground behind the school.

Buffalo Rock also has generously donated water for the event, and we will have coffee on site Monday morning for everyone.
