2024-2025 Tax Volunteer In-Person Training for United Way of Central Alabama (VITA)
Test Taking Help Session - Rescheduled to 1/8/2025
Time commitment - Participants are asked to commit to volunteer at least 24 hours with United Way this tax season, between the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.
Certification - Volunteers must complete and provide IRS Certification prior to volunteering. At end of training, you will be ready to complete certification test.
Background Check - United Way covers the cost of background check for all volunteers.

| Description | If you would like in-person help with questions as you take your volunteer certification test, we'll have computers available and can answer questions or help you log in. Be sure to bring your paper test with answers marked, along with the document from training where we set up passwords. You will need access to your email, so bring you phone and/or your log in info for your email, to validate your account set up. |
